There is avoid variation in temperature and precipitation in India.
Temperature :
In summer the temperature of Mercury occasionally Rises at 50 degree celsius in some part of Rajasthan where is it may be around 20 degree Celsius at Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir.
In Kashmir may be as low as minus 45 degree Celsius while thiruvananthapuram the daytime have temperature of 22 degree Celsius.
Precipitation :
There are variations not only in the form and type of precipitation but also in its amount and the seasonal distribution.
Mostly in the form of snowfall in the upper part of Himalayas The precipitation occurs and range over other parts of the country. The annual precipitation also varies from place to place as it is too much in Meghalaya and too much less in Ladakh and Rajasthan.
