Describe the relationship between the author grandmother and the sparrow

grandmother was associated with sparrows because when they live in village they used to give chappatis to dogs but when their was a turning point in their life and they shifted to city where their was no dogs . so she started feeding sparrows and it was the best half and hour of her in the whole day!!
