Describe the relationship between the concept of social studies and social sciences. Discuss the Indian perspective of social science in the content of changing social scenario

There is no actual difference between Social Studies and Social Science it is just the two ways in which you can call it as your choice .


The Social Science has four parts which are as :-


I) History :- Study of the past events .


II) Civics :- Study about the different forms of government and administrative

works ,constitutional works etc. .


III) Geography :- Study about the demographics of world .


IV) Economics :- Study of finance and business .Also how to establish

relation different aspects of same to have more profit .


Till the secondary examination you will have to study basic thing of all the above as a whole termed as Social Science or Social Studies .

Relationship between social studies and social sciences:

The Social studies is a larger aspect of study of a society which takes humanity as the civil perspective under its acknowledgement along with the social sciences. Social sciences includes all the aspect of a society to be studies via various form of sciences known such as geography, history, polity, economy, anthropology.

Indian Perspective of Social Science in changing Social Scenario:

The Indian scenario is changing rapidly with time as urbanization, liberalization and globalization has kept affecting the economy and history immensely. These effects on economy and history has led to many changes in geography alone with the emergence of geopolitics as a new contributory branch of social sciences.
