The author said that his grandmother was an old lady. she was a religious lady. she always busy in telling the beads of roasary . she helped the author in his studies and got him ready for his school . at morning, she woke up the author and prepared the breakfast for him. then,he made a bundle of his stationary items which include a slate plastered with yellow chalk,a tiny earthen ink pot and a red pen. she loved his grandson a lot . by doing such efforts,he made the author's behaviour good and disciplined. when the author and his grandmother went to the city they shared a same room but distances were started growing between them because now the author was going to a new school by a motor bus. she was also unable to help the author in his studies because she did not aware about English and music. for her, music is all waste. she believed that there must be some teachings about God and scriptures. she barely talked to him after that. Later, the author got his own room. he was no longer slept with his grandmother. after some years,he went to abroad for his higher studies. he didn't thought to meet his grandmother again.but when he came she gave him a warm hug and sung a song for him with other womens. that was totally unbelievable because his grandmother never skipped her routine but that day she did it for his lovely grandson. she ignored overstraing on that evening which made author emotional. she always put hard efforts for his grandson. she always tried to teach his grandson about ethics by her morning prayer. she proved herself to the author by her kindness and loving nature.
