describe the role of parliament in the implementation of mendal commission

Parliament had a major role in implementation of mandal commission.
It influenced and shaped the decision of the government.
It brought pressure on the government to act on the mandal recommendation .If the parliament was not in favour of this desion,the government could not have gone ahead .
So therefore parliament played an important role in implementation of mandal commission.
