Philosophers like Monteisque, John Locke, Rosseau and Voltaire played important role by their ideas and works.

(i) The concept of One Person, One Vote, One value demanded by National Assembly was introduced by Rosseau.

(ii) 'Social Equality' & 'Social Contract' were also introduced by Rosseau in his famous book 'The Social Contract'.

(iii) The concept of 'Seperation of Power' was introduced by 'Monteisque' in his book 'The spirit of Laws'.

(iv) The refusal of divine theory of king was made by 'John Locke'.

(v) Right to freedom of sppech & expression was introduced by 'Voltaire.' All these ideas gave birth to the feeling of nationalism along with equality, liberty & justice.
