Rhizobium can be discovered in the Taproots of plants.  Mainly rhizobium helps to produce the Nitrogen in roots of plants. it is also known as a symbiotic bacteria which can be recovered in the root buds of leguminous shrubs. These bacteria stimulate the bulb of plants to settle the climatic nitrogen and transform it into ammonia. Thus ammonia helps in replenishing the soil. The nitrites thus enhance the soil with a convenient form of nitrogen that is readily absorbed by the plants increasing its fertility.
