Lysosomes are the cell organelles which kill foreign particles by the enzymes in the it.These are termed as suicidal bags because when there are some alterations in metabolism then they engulf the other cell organelles. They perform their function by Autophagy, a process in which unwanted or foreign particles are disassembled by engulfing them.

lysosomes contain some powerful chemicals which they use to dissolve waste materials like worn out cell organelle . But when the cell dies the lysosomes burst to release those chemicals and digest their own cells.

lysosome contain variety of enzyme inside them these enzyme help to kill all the harmful things inside our cell that attack the cell .this create acidic environment inside cell.lysosome can brust to eat the dead cell thats why it is also called suucidal bag.
