The role of following in PCR are as following:

(a) HIGH TEMPERATURE

#PCR requires separate DNA templates for replication.

# They help in denaturing the template of DNA strands i.e separting the DNA strands.

(b) PRIMERS

# They provide free 3 'OH' Groups to which DNA polymerase can add dNTPs

(c) THERMUS AQUATICUS

# It produces the enzymes TAQ POLYMERASE.

# It stabilizes the DNA at high temperature of 92°C.
