There are five different roles of teammates in a project:

•        Project manager

•        Project team member  

•        Project sponsor  

•        Executive sponsor  

•        Business analyst

Project Manager:

Project manager role is the main role played by an individual in a team as he/she takes the main responsibility of maintaining the whole project is taken care by them.

Project team member:  

Project team member role is the one who is responsible for managing the teammates who are involved in designing the project.

Project sponsor:

This is the role of an individual who is about to sponsor for the project is about to be designed.

Executive sponsor:

This is the role of an individual who renders his support in sponsoring for that project.

Business analyst:

Business analyst is the role of the individual who analyse the business number involved in that project.
