It was the festival of spring and from all narrow lanes and back streets people came out in a happy mood dressed in colourful clothes. They were going to the fair. Some walked, while some rode on horses. Others sat and were carried in bamboo and bullock carts. In this happy atmosphere, there was one little boy running between his father's leg, brimming over with life and laughter.
