Describe the scheme and intervention at elementary education level in west benegal and challenges in this areas

West Bengal is one of the states of India which can be considered as the worst state in elementary and secondary education.

To overcome the drawbacks, the Indian government comes with a scheme for elementary education.  

It is called Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. It is the flagship programme of Indian government aimed to achieve the UUE in the time bound manner.
