Different one, we prefer bit intelligent & not of a cheap quality of humor,mostly directed towards us-doctors,& humor is in a way of presentation of things which are real and true,non humorous..

EXPANSION of an obstetrician's bank balance depends on the  CONTRACTIONS  in a woman in labour  SUCCESS in  a cardiologist’s  practice depends  on FAILURE of heart  in a cardiac patient.
