SRI LANKA
In Sri Lanka the Sinhalese decided to adopt a majoritarian government. The Sinhalese got many rights but the Tamil did not enjoy the rights the same as sinhalese. the Tamils felt alienated.
BELGIUM
in Belgium the leaders recognised the differences and decided to adopt them. Between 1970 - 1933 many amendments were made in the constitution in order to accommodate these differences the Belgium model of Constitution is unique.
