1 Election commission is the authority which is responsible for the delimitation of the constituencies and allocation of seats in the state legislature and to the parliament where Lok sabha is one of the house.
2 Photo ID cards are not mandatory instead election commission issues separate voter ID cards which re mandatory.
3.It should be without bias and should be transparent because it is through this system honest,dedicated representatives will be elected ho can play a key role in national development.
