1. Take 50g of sugar .
2. Pour 100ml of water in a beaker and mark the level of water with a marker.
3. Now add 50g of the sugar in the beaker containing water.
4. Stir the added sugar with the help of a glass rod.
5. Now notice the level of the sugar solution.
6. It is till the mark which we made with the marker.

This shows that the sugar particles have tajen the space between the particles of water. This means that water particles have space between them.
