Describe the social conditions in France on the eve of the French revolution . How was the revolution of 1789 influenced by these conditions?

The social conditions were very unequal and exploitative because:-

i)The first two estates of clergy and nobility were considered priviledged by birth.

ii)They were exempt from paying taxes even.

iii)Whereas the people from the third estate who were majority had to pay taxes like Tithe and Taille and even had to suffer

iv)They were not even given the right to vote.

Nextly,It was the influence from the philosophers who wrote against these policies and promoted the revolutionary mind of the people but this took long before the storming of Bastille.There were many contradictions, revolutions ,killing and rise of Jacobins which took place due to these inequalities.
