Women of third estate of France played a crucial role in the revolution:
1)During revolutionary years,women started their own political clubs and news papers.They set up about sixty women's clubs in different cities of France.
2)The most famous among them was Society of Revolutionary and republican women.
3)They also demanded to enjoy the same political rights as men

However women were disappointed that they were not enjoyed the same political rights as men

Most women of the third estate had to work for a living. They worked as seamstresses or laundresses, sold flowers, fruits and vegetables at the market, or were employed as domestic servants in the houses of prosperous people. Most women did not have access to education or job training.
