Describe the stranger sittings across Mrs Blanke
Answers
Answer:
Mrs. Blake was going to board a train to Eastbourne to visit some of her cousins. Her husband, John, had come to see her off.
At the platform, she saw a tall, dark man waiting for the train. Suddenly she felt that she had seen him earlier.
Before the train left the station, John bought a magazine and a bottle of water for Mrs. Blake.
When the train was about to start, the tall man entered the train and sat in the seat opposite hers.
When the train started, Mrs. Blake began to feel insecure because she thought that the man was a killer. Earlier in the morning, she had seen his picture in the newspaper in connection with a murder case.
Now, Mrs. Blake felt helpless because the train was moving at a speed of sixty miles per hour and there was no other passenger in the compartment except the two. Besides, the train would stop only after an hour.
What if she pulled the chain?
The man can kill her while she gets up to pull the chain.
On the other hand, she will be made fool if the man is not a criminal.
