The function of our is as follow :

Our  heart pumps blood around our body .The heart has four chambers inside .The upper two chambers of heart are called atria and the lower two chambers are called ventricles .The two atria receive blood from the two main veins and the ventricles transport blood to entire body and lungs. All the ventricles and atria contract and expand and make the heart behave like a pump .

It's the muscle at the centre of your circulation system, pumping blood around your body as your heart beats. This blood sends oxygen and nutrients to all parts of your body, and carries away unwanted carbon dioxide and waste products.
