Nucleus is a double membranous organelle with dense cytoplasm which controls all cellular metabolism and encloses the genetic information of cell.It is considered as controller or director of cell.It consists of 4 parts:
- nuclear membrane: barrier between the material present inside the nucleus and cytoplasm
- nucleoplasm:ground substance of nucleus
- cromatin net:it consists of dna, rna, histone and non histone protein
- nucleolus:production of ribosome
