Cell is basically consist of three parts: Cell membrane, Nucleus and Cytoplasm.
●
Every cell is covered by a thin sheet of skin and is called cell/plasma membrane and is porous.
▶ 1.It protects cell.
2. It provides shape to the cell.
3.It contains nucleus and cytoplasm.
4. It allows the material to pass in/out of the cell through tiny porous.
●
It is a transparent, jelly like material which fills the cell between nucleus and cell membrane.
▶ 1. All the life functions and many chemical reactions take place in the cytoplasm.
2. it contains many tiny components or structures called cell organelles.
●
It is a large special organelle present at the centre of the cell.
▶ 1.It controls all activities of cell.
2. It is separated from cytoplasm by nuclear membrane.

- Cell is the structural and functional unit of the living body
- Basically cell consists of cell membrane , cytoplasm and nucleus
- The boundry of cell is called as cell membrane
- It gives shape and allows certain substances to pass through it
- Hence it is also known as selective substances permeable membrane
- Dense round body in the centre of cell is known as nucleus
