Phloem tissue is mainly made up of sieve tubes, companion cells and phloem parenchyma and fibers..Phloem is known as vascular bundles because they form continuity.

phloem is the living that transports the soluble organic compounds made during  and known as photosynthates, in particular the sugar  to parts of the plant where needed. This transport process is called translocation. In  the phloem is the innermost layer of the  hence the name, derived from the word (phloios) meaning "bark
