T.S of anther -:

Anther is the male reproductive part that gives raise to pollen grains. It is attached to stamen.

Anther has a lining of cells called as anther lumen that supplies all the essential materials for formation of pollen grains.

Anther is divided into two lobes by a connective tissue.

Pollen are present in a sac called Apollonian in anther.

The pollen sac has four layers Epidermis, middle layers, strontium and tape tum.

In the middle there is a vascular strand.
