In the sonnet The ozymandias by Percy Bysshe Shelley, the poet wants to convey the truth that nothing remains immortal in the world.Ozymandias was a mighty king boond was able to defeat him ,he made statues and monuments to become immortal.
But time is s.luttish , it destroyed the statue of great Ozymandias. Now his visage(face) lies half sunk in sand and no one is there no care about him.
