Describe the three main features of the ganga river system

The two rivers bagirathi and the alaknanda form the ganga river. It is the largest basin of India. Ganga give rise to many lakes, large meanders, and flood plains. A large amount of energy is generated through this river. It provides the most fertile land for agriculture.
