Transpiration pull is a process by which the water come into the plants body through the roots of the trees.

Here pressure is created inside the trees due to transpiration i.e. loss of water by the plants through stomata, which makes the water to come up.

TRANSPIRATION PULL:IT IS THE SUCTION PULL OR FORCE THAT DRAWS WATER FROM ROOTS TO LEAVES.


COHESION OF WATER:
COHESION IS ATTRACTION OF MOLECULES OF SAME KIND.WATER HAVE STRONG COHESIVE FORCES ACTING ON THEM.THIS FORMS A DOME LIKE STRUCTURE.
