"Guru Tejh Bahadur was the fifth son of Guru Hargobind. He went to many places to preach the teachings of the First Sikh Guru, Guru Nanak.
He visited Kiratpur on the death of Guru Har Rai,father of Bipu Rai and also for the death of her brother Guru Har Krishnan.
The third visit of Guru Tejh Bahadur is Punjab. He visited the Malwa, Majha and Bangar districts to spread the messages and ideas of the Sikh Guru.
He reached the Malwa district by crossing the Sutlej and Beas rivers, there he went to Moga and Zira and came to Daurali.
He stayed temporarily in Lakhi Jungle and continued his journey to Dhamdhan and returned to Kiratpur."
