Answer:

The computer system is made up of two major components:

1. Computer Hardware,

2. Computer Software.

1. Computer Hardware: Hardware is the physical component of the computer system. The hardware component consists of several parts like input devices, central processing Unit (CPU), primary storage, output devices, and auxiliary storage devices.

(i) Input devices: These are the devices like keyboard which are used to enter the program and data to the computer. Mouse and audio input also comes in the category of input devices.

(ii) Central Processing Unit (CPU): It processes all the instruction given to the computer and also used for doing arithmetic calculation, comparison among data, and controls movement of data.

(iii) Primary storage: It is the main memory of the computer system. This is the place where programs and data are stored temporarily for processing. The data in the primary device is erased off when we turned off the computer.

(iv) Output devices: Devices like monitor or printer are used to get the output.

(v) Auxiliary storage: It is the place where programs and data are stored permanently. It is also known as secondary storage and used for input and output. This storage is very useful as if the computer is turned off the data remains in the secondary storage and ready for the next time we need them.

HEYA MATE :-)

UR ANSWER :-

two major components.

two major components.1. Hardware

two major components.1. Hardware2. Software

two major components.1. Hardware2. SoftwareHardware is the name given to physical machines whereas software is the set of logical instructions that direct the hardware to achieve a particular task. Both the components are dependent on each other. One is useless in the absence of other. Vendors usually design the Hardware and conceptually it fairly matches with the Hardware of other vendors. on the other hand software designs, most of the time, are custom design and various methodology are adopted in its design. In the ongoing paragraphs the process of software design has been

discussed.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU :-)
