Answer:
You can use the Table function on the top of your screen and select the number of rows and columns as you please.
Or you can Right click to view the menu box and select "insert table" and enter the number of rows and columns.

- There are two ways to fit a table in a Pen document Click on the Table.
- The icon in the Standard toolbar.
- Produce a table through the Insert
- Using the Table icon
- To fit a table snappily from the standard toolbar
- Position the cursor where you want the table to see.
- Select the arrow to the right side of the table writer-table-icon.
- In the drop-down grid, handpick the number of rows and columns for the table.
- The table will appear at the position of your cursor.
- Using the Insert Table dialogue box
- To fit a table with further control over the settings and parcels, use the Insert Table dialogue box. To open the dialogue box, handpick Table → Insert → Table or Ctrl F12 or left-click the Table icon.
- From this dialogue box, you can
- Handpick the number of rows and columns on the table.
- Give a name to the table to subsequently distinguish it in the Navigator
- Handpick the Heading option to define the first row in the table as the heading
- Handpick the Duplication heading option to repeat the heading row if the table spans further than one runner.
- Handpick the Don't resolve table option to help the table from gauging further than one runner
- Handpick the Border option to compass each cell of the table with a border
