Electrical conductors are metals which allow electric current to pass through them from one side to the other when batteries connected across the conductor ends.

Examples are copper, aluminum silver ...

They are used to generate electricity in the power station, to transmit power to homes, to generate light in the filament lamps, to generate heat in heaters or irons.

Insulators are materials which do not allow electric current or charge to pass or flow from one side to the other end when batteries are connected across two ends of the materials.

Examples are plastic , cloth, elastic rubber tyres wood etc.

Insulators are used to protect people from electrical equipment to prevent heat burns or electric shocks.

\boxed{Electrical\:Conductors:}

The elements conduct or support or allow electricity to pass through it is known as electrical conductors. They are generally metals rather than being non-metals. Most of the Metals have the property to conduct heat and electricity For example : Copper, Iron, Steel etc...

\textbf{Their\:uses\:in\:daily\:life} : We use electrical conductors in many ways. We use them to put them into wires to use ectricity, bulbs contain copper to conduct electricity more fluently, the Tungesten Filament present in the 100wt bulb heats up due to the current of electricity and glows up. Nowadays they are used up in mines to electrically blast the dynaminte.

\boxed{Electrical\:Conductors:}

The elements that do not conduct electricity but block them to pass out through them. They can be either metals or non-metals. Non-metals aren't used in our daily life. So the metals that insulate electricity are : Rubber, Plastics, Wood and etc....

\textbf{Their\:uses\:in\:daily\:life} : We generally use the electrical insulators to avoid us from getting damage from electricity. For example; mainly plastic is use to make up switches and electrical boards, rubber is wrapped around the metal wires to protecet us from getting shock.
