there are four factors affecting it
1)surface area - the more surface area then more evaporation will take place
as it is a surface phenomena
2)humidity-the more humidity then less evaporation will take place
as the water content in air will be higher and less space will be left
3)wind speed- the more winds then more evaporation will take place
the winds carry away the water vapors with it leaving a lot of space for more evaporation
4)temperature-the high temperature the more evaporation
a rise in temp. will make more water vapors
B will produce more cooling effect because it will absorb more heat than A
