There are different types of tissues in the animals and connective tissue is one of them that originate from the mesoderm. Connective tissue is used to join two or more cells together and is present in the whole body and the nervous system. There are different types of connective tissues such as adipose tissue that is used to store fat, vascularised connective tissue that is formed during the wound healing process and fibroblasts that are used for the producing new connective tissues.
