If your home is under the roof of sun then heat constantly enters house. To prevent it a white paint i don't know its name but it absorbs very less heat. Heat 
is also released by your refrigerator as it absorbs heat from inside thereby making cool inside and releasing in surrounding . Small amount of heat is also released by our bodies through our sweat or if we wash ourself which are hot as water , sweat absorb heat from body and evaporate leaving us cool. You may know about an integer house which consist of special walls which can adjust 
temperature . Such use of walls should be a measure taken to reduce it
