These are mainly grows in the mild rain places.

In the dry area, thorny shrubs and scrubs developed.

Mediterranean vegetation is found mostly in European, African and Asian areas which are around the Mediterranean Sea, hence the name. This type of vegetation is also discovered outside the real Mediterranean region in the USA, South-West Africa, South-West California.
