The daffodils were presented as golden in colour because the poet felt that the daffodils were very beautiful as appeared to the poet.
The daffodils were described as the stars of the Milky Way because they were lined up like the numerous stars just like the Milky Way.
They were also told as "they flush that inward eye" because it made the poet happy .
