This is a disastrous word which disturb the lives of many people every year. Stress is the consequence of modern and busy lifestyle in which people have a hectic schedule. There is no time for your own self.

coping up with stress:

  1. spend more time with family
  2. give yourself some personal space
  3. exercise daily
  4. meditate and practice yoga
  5. read something positive
