The working of the enzyme can be described in the following steps

1. Firstly in the enzyme's active site substrate goes fit.

2. The binding site forces to change the the shape of the enzyme by fitting the substrate more tightly.

3. The chemical bond of the substrate brakes due to proximity of the substrate which leads to form New complex enzyme product.

4. Now the new products are used for the reactions after releasing from enzymes.

5. Finally again the enzyme is ready to bind another substrate into its active site.
