TDMA stands for Time Division Multiple Access.this is a method of sharing the same frequency band among multiple users by allocating seperate time slots.

Let us suppose,users A,B,C and D to talk at same time.assign 890mhz frequency to A for sometimes to talk,then assign the same 890mhz band to B for sometimes to speak,then to C and finally to D,before coming to A the process continues in around-robin fashion,as long. In this way,users can communicate at the same time on the same frequency.
