The diaphragm of our body contrils the expansion and relaxation of our chest so that the air comes and out of our body. When the air enters our body, it is transported to our lungs for the extraction of Oxygen from the air, this is done in the alveoli of the lungs where there are capillaries and diffusion of gases can take place easily. Then, the hormone haemologin from the tip of capillaries oxidises it to form oxyhaemolglobin and carries it to different parts of the body through blood vessels. When we relax, the carbon dioxide that had come from different parts of the body, gets removed from our body through the respiratory tract to the nose and gets removed.
