Egret adaptations are spearing its beak to get food. the long feet help it stay up in deeper water and use its sharp strong beak to get food!!!!!!!!! Also the egret has great vision so it can see in swampy water. It legs are long and skinny so they don't disturb the water so the fish don't swim away. One more thing is there beaks are skinny so there beaks don't have water resistance and they can spear through the water.
