Two problems-

i. Continuous observation is required – If we don’t observe on regular basis if will affect the organization. We need to ensure that production of the goods or products are going smooth and unrestricted if it not the causes the delay of the production and company will experience the loss due to decline rate of production.

ii. Wastage problem- During the production material can be destroyed due to dust, dirt, moisture or careless handling. It can be waste due to poor packing of the products so such problem should be minimize by introducing good material control system.
