• Morley Minto reforms occurred in the year 1909 and it is also called as Indian Council Act .

• It was incorporated in the hope of of incorporation of demands .

• It led to the introduction of indirect elections .

• It guided and supported Muslim for separate electorates .

• India the British in First World War just for the reason that leaders hoping that their demands would be agreed.
