1. Down syndrome OR trisomy of 21st chromosome ( 46+1 )

Children suffering from this are mentally weak and their life span is about 16-20 years

2. Turner syndrome OR monosomy of X chromosome ( 44+X )

this disorder is found in women, they are unable to reproduce

3. Klinefelter syndrome ( 44+XXY )

This disorder is found in men, their reproductive organs are not well developed. Usually we call them GAY
