1. prohibition of human trafficking . traffic here means selling and buying of human beings usually women for Immoral purposes

2. our constitution also prohibits forced labour or beggar in any form. beggar is the practice where the worker is forced to render service to the master free of charge or at nominal remuneration

3. constitution also prohibits child labour. no one can employ a child below the age of 14 to work in any factory or mine or in any hazardous work such as Railway and ports

  • The right against exploitation provides for two provisions , namely the abolition of trafficking in human beings & begar ( forced labour ) and the abolition of employment of children below the age of 14 years in dangerous jobs like factories , mines etc .
  • The Indian constitution prohibits trafficking in human beings . Trafficking here means buying and selling of human beings , usually women for immoral purposes .
  • Our constitution also prohibits forced labour or beggar in any form . Begar is a practise where the worker is forced to work without any remuneration .
  • The Indian constitution also prohibits child labour . No one can employ children below 14 years to work in any factory or mine or in any other hazardous work place .
