Answer:

rushing will be observed on iron and iron will convert into iron oxide because of rusting

in rusting iron will react with atmospheric oxygen and moisture present in air due to which it will corrode and form iron oxide

Iron + Oxygen (from environment) + Water (Humidity) —> Iron Oxide (Rust)

Fe + O2 + H2O —> FeO and Fe2O3

Answer:

Here is the answer..

Explanation:

If an object made up of iron was left out in the open for a long time it would get rusted.

Reason:-

Rusting is an oxidation reaction of iron. The iron reacts with water and oxygen to form hydrated iron(III) oxide, which we see as rust. Iron and steel rust when they come into contact with water and oxygen – both are needed for rusting to occur.

Hope it helps.....
