describe with diagram , how compressions and rarefactions and produced.

Explanation:
When a vibrating object moves forward ,it pushes and compresses the air in front of it creating a region of high pressure . This region is called compression . This compression starts to move away from the vibrating object. When the vibrating object moves backwards,it creates a region of low pressure called rarefaction .As the object moves back and forth rapidly ,a series of compressions and rarefactions is created in the air.
<>When an object is struck hard , it starts to vibrate.
<> The object starts to vibrate in forward and backward directions
<> The vibrating body , starts to move forward.
<> As it moves forward , it creates an area of high pressure.
<>This area of high pressure is known as compression
<>Also , when the object moves backward , it creates an area of less pressure around it surroundings .
<> This area of low pressure is known as rarefaction.
<> It moves forward and backward as a series of
alternate compressions(C) and rarefactions.(R)
<> The object continues to move forward in the form of alternate compressions and rarefactions.
