Answer:

Performing arts refers to forms of art in which artists use their voices, bodies or inanimate objects to convey artistic expression. It is different from visual arts, which is when artists use paint, canvas or various materials to create physical or static art objects. Performing arts include a range of disciplines which are performed in front of a live audience, inducing theatre, music, and dance.

Dance is a type of performing art practiced all over the world.

Theatre, music, dance and object manipulation, and other kinds of performances are present in all human cultures. The history of music and dance date to pre-historic times whereas circus skills date to at least Ancient Egypt. Many performing arts are performed professionally. Performance can be in purpose built buildings, such as theatres and opera houses, on open air stages at festivals, on stages in tents such as circuses and on the street.

Live performances before an audience are a form of entertainment. The development of audio and video recording has allowed for private consumption of the performing arts.

The performing arts often aims to express one's emotions and feelings.[1]

Answer:

Arts or talents that call for public performance are referred to as performing arts. Acting, singing, and dancing are a few examples. Opera, theatre, magic or illusion shows, mime, spoken word, recitation, and public speaking are examples of further performing arts.

  • Dance is a generic term used to describe human movement, usually rhythmic and accompanied by music, that is used to entertain an audience during a performance.
  • As determined by social, cultural, aesthetic, artistic, and moral considerations, definitions of what constitutes dance can range from useful movement (such as folk dance) to regulated, virtuoso techniques like ballet.
  • The Free dance style is a different contemporary dancing style that first appeared in the 19th and 20th centuries.
  • This kind of dancing was designed to develop a unified identity with traits like physical and spiritual freedom. Isadora Duncan was the first female dancer to debate the concept of "woman of the future" and create new choreographic techniques based on Nietzsche's notion of "supreme mind in a free mind."
  • Furthermore, Dance is a strong urge, but we can say that the art of dance is actually how talented dancers can channel that real urge into something that becomes profoundly expressive and that may excite onlookers who don't really  feel the urge to dance themselves.
  • The two most crucial threads connecting any discussion of the topic are these two notions of the art of dance: dancing as a strong impulse and dance as a skilfully choreographed art done mostly by a professional few.
  • The two ideas are more closely related in dance than in certain other forms of art, and neither is possible without the other.
