ZIKA VIRUS is a virus which spreads to people primarily through the bite of an infected 'Aedes species mosquito.' If once get infected then it causes Zika Virus disease. If one gets infected then he/she may go through some symptoms like fever, rash, joint pain, and conjunctivitis (red eyes). Symptoms may last from several days to a week. The virus was first discovered in 1947 and is named after the Zika Forest in Uganda. In 1952. So its necessary to look after it and if u go through any of these symptoms then immediately refer to a doctor as if ignored , it may lead to death.
