I hope you and other members of the family are well at home. You will be glad to know that I have made good progress in my studies.

I have made Very good progress in English and Mathematics. I have to purchase some books and note books. I wish to keep a tutor also.

I therefore request you to increase my monthly allowance from Rs. three hundred to Rs. four hundred from next month.

Dear Father

I am very happy with God's grace here. Hope for your skill. I arrived here for several days but due to busy you did not have the time to write a letter. I have got a place in the school hostel here. There is a very good arrangement in this hostel for food and other necessities.
There are 300 students in this hostel. The remaining students live in the second part of the hostel. Students here do all the tasks, read, write and play. Many students have also become my good friends and I have become identified with the hostel's hometown too. You do not worry about anything about me. I'll write a letter once I get the time. Touch my step to Dad.
